During snow conditions, our response times depend on call volume and our current status. Arrowhead Towing and Recovery, its employees and affiliates are not responsible for any physical harm, damage or liability that arises from an extended response time for snow chains. If your vehicle is in an unsafe position, if you are blocking traffic, if you or persons with you are stranded in an unsafe location lacking food, water or warmth, you are responsible to contact emergency services by dialing 911. Arrowhead Towing and Recovery, its employees and affiliates are not responsible for damages to vehicles due to manufacturer's defects in chains, tensioners or manufacturing issues. Arrowhead Towing and Recovery, its employees and affiliates are not responsible for damage to vehicles due to chains failure from misuse, abuse or excessive speed. Arrowhead Towing and Recovery, its employees and affiliates cannot be responsible for damage or liability when chains have been removed and re-installed by any person unaffiliated with Arrowhead Towing and Recovery. Our signature service comes with the installation of a "Signature Service Lock" which when removed voids and liabilities or warranties implied or otherwise. Arrowhead Towing and Recovery, its employees and affiliates cannot be held liable for damages or liabilities arising from failure of the customer's own used chains, or improper chains provided by the customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to thoroughly check the snow chains on their own vehicle after installation and by driving the vehicle from the scene; the customer accepts all liabilities for damages arising from the use of the snow chains.
